With some help from their in house graphic artists, we created the center inserts of the tables.

This craving is done with a very sharp "V" bit on the CNC machine, and created the effect of a hand drawn inscription into the panel. With the vectors set up correctly, a machining job like this takes about 3 to 4 hours.

Before the panels were machined with the image, the sheets were painted with black paint and then a layer of conversion varnish was put on top. This is let to dry over night before it can be machined. Then, after the graphic is carved in, the sheets are sanded down with a very light sandpaper, and then conversion varnished again.

This leaves the surfaces beautiful and shinny!
