There is a 1500 sqft space right next door to us in our building for lease. Rent space next to us!Because that would be awesome! Probably!

They've just lowered the price to $1300. A steal! The space has 2 roll-up doors, a bathroom & a loading dock.

The photos on that craigslist post make this place look pretty dismal. Though it is very industrial, the plus side is you can do just about anything here. Here is a photo of the front of our space with a little more California funk charm. The space for rent is just beyond, just barely visible in this photo.
