Oakland Museum now open!

We went to the opening night of the Oakland Museum of CA, and it is totally awesome!

After being under construction for years, they are finally done with the renovations and expansion. The sculpture gardens are awesome. The new galleries are spacious and go on forever. The whole place is huge and filled with great exhibits.

We wandered around for a couple hours and did not see the whole place.

And... it is free this weekend. Go now! (5/01 - 5/02)
