The new den has a 'kitchy' tropical theme with a thatch ceiling, dark wood flooring and window frames, a bamboo railing and fun loft bed.

The renovated den with a window to the next level office. A pull out couch for guests and a loft bed for the kids with a fun ladder.

The office is redone with the same recessed thatch selling, new wood flooring and fun new desk.

The new thatch ceiling has a recessed LED lighting to add to the interior aesthetic.

A new bathroom in a complimentary kitchy style with bamboo detailing, complete with a secret door!

The new deck is twice the size for larger entertaining, taking advantage of the large property.

With all the additional space, a fun fire pit is added to the deck. In the background the spiral staircase and new outdoor kitchen can be seen.

Here the original small size of the deck is visible, as well as the beams along the deck which have since been removed.

A new spiral staircase connects the upstairs to the outside deck, and the new outside kitchen makes this deck a wonderfully usable space.

The final downstairs with deck addition is spacious, fun and functional.
